Returns & Refund Policy

All Trace Amounts products are custom-made or limited-release items. As such, these items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, modified, or returned for merchandise credit or refund.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at support@traceamounts.nyc.

Return Authorization

Any returns or exchanges must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before sending back any item. To obtain an RA#, submit a request through our online contact form or email us directly at support@traceamounts.nyc.

Please include the following with your request:

  1. Original proof of purchase (required)
  2. Reason for your return, exchange, or cancellation

Any returned product received without an approved RA# may not be processed.

If approved, we will provide the RA#, a free USPS return label (contiguous US only), and any additional information needed to complete the process. Please see our warranty policy for more information about exchanges and our commitment to your satisfaction.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Limited-release products (such as apparel and headwear)
  • Custom or personalized products and special orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

International Duties and Taxes

You will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and other customs requirements when importing products into a country outside of the US. We are not responsible for any such customs duties, taxes, or requirements, nor are we responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs duties or taxes or non-compliance. We will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
